Water Level Atlas shows live and historical water levels for lakes, reservoirs and rivers, taken directly from the government agencies that measure them. Each page puts today's numbers first and compares them with the same date in past years, so you can see at a glance whether a lake or river is high, low or normal.

We do not estimate or invent values. When something is not measured at a place, the page says so.

Flood status always comes from the NOAA National Weather Service, with a link to the official page. We do not issue warnings or safety advice.
